🔹 1. Eligibility for Returns 

You may request a return or exchange if: 

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. 
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order. 

 

🔹 2. Non-Returnable  

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons: 

  • Opened or used physiotherapy products 
  • Lotions, gels, creams, or supplements 
  • Sale or clearance items 
  • Personal hygiene and health products

🔹 3. Return Process 

To request a return: 

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. 
  1. Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures/video (if applicable). 
  1. Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back. 
  1. Once approved, ship the item to our return address. 

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. 

 

🔹 4. Refunds 

After we receive and inspect your returned item: 

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. 
  • Refunds may be issued through:  
  • Bank transfer, or 
  • Store credit, or 
  • Product exchange 

 

🔹 5. Return Shipping Costs 

  • If the return is due to defective or wrong product, BestPhysioShop will cover shipping. 
  • If the return is due to customer preference or mistake, the customer will pay the shipping cost. 

 

🔹 6. Damaged or Missing Items 

  • Always record an unboxing video when you receive your order. 
  • In case of damage or missing items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof. 

 

🔹 7. Order Cancellation 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. 
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — customers must follow the return process.
